At Moor & Co, we do our best to handle every order with care and precision. Not completely satisfied? We’re happy to assist you — but please note that returns are only possible after contacting our customer service in advance.
🔄 Return Conditions

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

Returns are only accepted after you have contacted us first.

Products can only be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Custom-made products are not covered by the right of withdrawal unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
📩 Return Request
Want to return an item? First, send an email to info@moor-co.uk with the following information:
– Order number
– The product you wish to return
– Reason for return (optional)
– Any photos (in case of damage or error)
Without prior approval from our customer service team, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
📦 After Approval
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the correct return address and further instructions. Return shipping costs are generally your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
💰 Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the same payment method used during checkout.
Note: If you paid by credit card, the refund may not appear on your statement until the end of the month.
